I spoke with Jeremy from Air One Heating Service about our hot water tank continually shutting off. He was there that day and had a simple solution to the problem! This after two other companies looked and couldn't find the issue. Jeremy knew right away! I highly recommend Air One Heating Service.

One of the best companies we have ever had to use. Our furnace had an issue and we had another company come and replace a part. The part made the situation worse and the other company did nothing to try to fix it or rectify it. We called Jeremy from Air One Heating and he was absolutely wonderful! He came that day, and actually tried to fix someone else's problem part! As it turns out, we needed to replace our furnace. The service Jeremy provided was above and beyond what we expected! Absolutely wonderful company. They are honest, helpful and very knowledgeable. After the installation Jeremy came back and did all the safety checks that are required which other companies don't often do. Jeremy was there right from the installation to registering our product and putting in for our BC Hydro rebate!! We would definitely recommend Air One Heating, they are an above 5 star company!

We had Jeremy Mills install the AC unit for our house and he was and has been absolutely amazing answering questions, providing direction or any help I may need. Jeremy Mills is a class act. He is a knowledgeable, personable and professional tradesman. As busy as he is, he replies quickly to calls and follows up before his appointments. What I love about Air One is the “Old School “ customer service, where there is pride in his work. More importantly, there is pride to his word. What you see is what you get. No nonsense, no price gauging, fair rate for exceptional work. Jeremy is easy to work with, has a great sense of humour and leaves one feeling safe in the knowledge that one’s fireplace is safe and well looked after. Just like one’s pocket book. I only use Air One for my natural gas fireplace maintenance needs. I would not hesitate to tell all my friends to use his him as well. High quality work, old school customer service and a great fair rate! What else can you ask for?

We had an issue with our heat pump not too long ago and Air One came highly recommended. Jeremy was so kind and professional and had everything taken care of. We called again a few days ago because our high efficiency furnace stopped working and we were without heat. We texted Jeremy and he came out the next day even though it was meant to be his holidays. He is so prompt, professional, and reliable. Can't say enough good things! :)
